Managing heightened sensory, emotional overwhelming experiences can make small tasks or travels turn into chaos, spirals and overall impact your wellbeing and self esteem.
As we are now moving forward and seeing many people be diagnosed, schools and work places looking t o make changes and as a community to try and make the world a better place for Neuro divergent.

Every single human being on this planet will experience Trauma in some shape or form, in different intensity and in different ways. Depending on the persons support through the journey and the system around them, this can greatly impact recovery and the lasting effect it can have on areas of your life, i may hold you back in love, in work and progressing to the highest version of self
Some manage to use the pain and channel that into helping others, achieving success or making changes in the world, however the pain can still linger. Others may experience trauma so sever it impacts their ability to move forward and feel stagnant, stuck with no vision forward
