This space will be to provide FREE resources, linked to support groups which will aid with knowledge, information and exercises to support with movement from stuck state into practicing new ways of being.
The resources will be to support with human development and to support to tap into human potential and live with a heightened state of wellbeing.

Trauma
Trauma comes in may shapes and forms and impacts people from all walks of life. Trauma is not only due to accidents, this can be linked to attachment, unmet needs, bullying, rejection and a feeling of being disconnected from others, which creates memories/feelings of fear within nervous system and within cognitive memory. This impact in many ways througout life, impacting in relationships, work, school and connecting to others
Trauma can be healed and people can flourish despite the events that have happened to them, healing can occur. Trauma can also help develop deeper feelings of empathy, compassion and more so a more insightful experience, once healing has occured
Neuros
With an increase in diagnosis in ASD/ADHD/ASPERGUS around the world, and the limited resources available. In many areas their is limited view on how a Neuro brain work, with many experiencing disadvantages in society, meaning the lack of understanding is a barrier for Neurodivegent to tap into their potential, gifts and abilities that can be far more advanced in other areas.

Navigating through loss takes time, support and can not be rushed through, each person experiences grief in different ways, some keeping busy others taking time to mourn deeply, their is no right or wrong way. Accessing therapeutic support at these times, is crucial to not manage this grief alone

Attachment starts from birth, the most important connection to parents and further attachment expand to family, community and social groups. The impact to a child without the strong parent attachment, can majorly impact them throughout life and sense of safety. Emotional support to navigate through child hood wounds and create own sense of attachment and wholeness within
Inner critic/ Inner coach
Inner critic is the voice we all have within us that can be harsh, critical and overly unbearable at times. The voice can range in volume and can be a major impact to prevent people from socialising, learning new skills, advancing in their career. A critical voice that will give you every reason not to do something. To counteract this takes time and effort and the ability to develop a new inner voice of compassion or a inner coach, a voice that will spur you on, be your best cheerleader, guide you in a supportive way.
Some of the biggest fears people have is making mistakes and being judged by others, finding ways to face these fears, overcome the critical voice will have incredible impact on your overall wellbeing and ability to expand on your potential.
In addition to this judging other less and being less critical of others and yourself will create an inner world and thinking style which is more compassionate, caring and empathetic. Evolving in how you think of yourself and others, creating a more harmonious state of being
